Do not stay there. Go somewhere else. No towel service, no shampoo no body wash, no room service in 4 days. If you need body wash or shampoo you need to go ask for at the front desk same with the towels

Very very bad, aircondition was not working, We booked for two days, they did not clean our room second day, when we request for towels for next day, they just kept but did not clean our room. Breakfast was included but only muffin, tea but not breakfast. We have to stay without AC. We will never recommend to our friends. Bad experinced

Bed Bug Found, Manager Barely Cares I arrived on May 18th 2017 around 3:30pm. I checked the bed for bed bugs and everything looked good. The mattress even had a protective cover on it. When I was ready to sleep at 3am, I moved the sheets around and saw something move. Of course it was a bed bug. I smashed it with a tissue and put it in a plastic clear cup and covered the top. Emergency stays only Pillow had a plasticky crinkle and smelled of urine.

Pick another place to stay, esp if arriving late No one at front desk when I arrived at 11:30pm, even though I called ahead of time to confirm my late arrival. Signs at front desk area were unclear about how to reach someone. Spent 10 minutes driving around hotel looking for another entrance. Took front desk person 10 minutes to come after I finally got her on the phone and she was acted annoyed at having to check me in. Ok but didn't really like it. Not my favorite place. Its wasn't horrible but not welcoming. Worn out and dirty feeling. Obviously their target market is a longer term transit worker, like construction workers, etc. No frills at all. Breakfast bar was coffee and granola bars. Price was the #1 benefit, but I would have paid a bit more to feel more comfortable.
