Bad staffing I was asked to leave because I was giving the extended stay bad reviews because of staff I was told that if I didn't like the service I can move on to somewhere else

Rude property manager Miss Santana have been a unprofessional person, she is a property manager, she was told about her staff and how rude they were she told me that if I didn't like the service I can check out and go somewhere else..so I left after being there

The worst extended stay ever in bridgeton I was asked to leave because I was giving bad reviews just stay at this extended stay is horrible I reached out to corporate they never returned my call got back with me about the staff some of their staff is smoking weed with some of the customers Miss Edna... Ms Santana is the property manager she is very rude unprofessional she doesn't care about the customers and what they're dealing with at this location

Property manager only cares about the reviews if she's getting good reviews but doesn't care about how her staff are treating customers who spend money with extended stay

Reservations Disrespectful Clarks Clark entrance road unannounced looking for a cat had nothing to do with reservations felt violated Jasmine is very rude unprofessional for the extended stay company

Front desk clerk The heavy set girl named Jasmine has been giving me issues every since I booked at this extended stay with the reservations every time I need to rebook she has been giving me issues every since I've got here when I got here the room was nasty bed was nasty she did not want to accommodate she has a nasty attitude she doesn't know anything about her job
