Staff very unprofessional /confrontational .

The hotel was very unprofessional and overall not cleanly. Our room was not ver clean and the staff didn’t seem to care about guests privacy.

Was forced to leave before midnight due to fire alarm and water leak. Had to find another hotel.

There was a odd odor in the lobby as well as one inside the room. Also different types of hair strands everywhere. Was constantly removing hair from the bed, linens and toilet seat (it appeared vent was blowing debris onto the seat so be careful when sitting or being near the toilet). Also bed linen was stained with what appeared to be dried blood. IMO I overpaid for my stay. It should have been priced about $20 cheaper. Convenient location to nearby restaurants. Check in and check out process went fast.

Didnt like the dog friendly room that i was initially given. There was still pet Food on the floor and it smelled

Booked room not available, had to stay elsewhere This may be a fine hotel. We will never know because on arrival were informed there had been a mistake by the booking software & the room I had reserved was not available. Pleasant young woman staffing registration had found us another room about 15 miles away. That ESA hotel was clean, but complimentary breakfast was breakfast bars and instant coffee/tea bags, no cookware, no "dishware." Despite "Masks are required" signs, only staff was wearing masks. The lady who checked me in was really nice and so was the lady who checked me out. However I forgot to grab my phone charger from the room before I checked out. I called the hotel to inform them and the woman who answered the phone gave me nothing but attitude and hung up the phone on me. I was very nice when I called I had no reason to be upset because I enjoyed my stay. I called back this morning and the manager was very professional and apologetic.
