Felt unsafe Hotel isn’t that bad but the type of people staying in it is not really what a family and kids want to be around. Very shady characters hanging around. Felt unsafe. When you get back in there evening and the place is buzzing with police it makes you a bit nervous . Pity about the safety aspect as hotel is right across from where we needed to be .

Horrible hotel stay Absolute worse hotel stay ever. Room above mine was running, jumping and pounding all night long. My room was musty smelling and the floor was dirty. The floor was not carpeted so it was not safe to walk on it bare footed. The toilet paper roll was empty. The shower nozzle kept falling down.

This property is located well and the staff are great. They are responsive to my requests. The beds, linens, and towels are clean and of good quality. They also usually have three pillows on a bed so you can choose what fits you the best. I do have one major issue and that is the cleanliness in to main areas. One is the PTAC (heat & air) units give off an offensive odor in 70 percent of the rooms I have stayed in (I have been there for almost every week for the last 6 months). Keep on Drivin' Not a good choice on my part. I was on the road and rushed and my first choice was suddenly not available. The rooms really need an update as it was all seventies beige, brown and yellow. Granted, you get what you pay for, but I feel I should’ve done better research. There was a small kitchenette but, unfortunately, the floor in this area smelled like gym feet. For one night only Room smelled like a smoker lived there. Front desk was very cheery and helpful. Very apologetic the elevator wasn’t working.

Never Again They gave a paid room away because they said it just came through "today". The reservation was made 1/8/19 and the day of stay was 2/15/19. This also happened to be the afternoon of snow, sleet, etc. I will never stay at another Extended Stay.
