Smelled strongly of smoke for being a non smoking room. Very loud.

Look somewhere else The overall building and layout was nice. However, it is supposed to be a non-smoking place and the elevater reeked of weed during my entire stay. Also, they advertise a to-go breakfast but all they had was coffee. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

We stayed with our kids with the understanding of breakfast available. They literally told my kids there wasn’t any food and it was 8:30 in the morning?! So why advertise and tell your guest to expect breakfast if you aren’t going to have it???

Everything was well until taking a shower. Bathroom was filthy and shampoo was half used.

Did not feel safe My reservation was transferred to the Earth City location. I would have cancelled but my money was already taken. I checked into the location and they tried to charge me rack rate of over 90 dollars. After this was settled. I checked out the room which was ok and the bed was actually comfortable. After coming back from my convention, I did not feel self at this location. All types of people standing in the halls of my floor and odd smells permeated the area.
