The check in process was terrible. The front desk staff was missing in action for over five minutes and they were just standing in the front lobby on able to come in the door. That’s completely unacceptable to have gas waiting that long being unattended. Especially after a long travel and it’s this late at night. Please train your staff to do better at this location. The front desk attend it’s name was Lori.
Yuck Very Dirty ! The hotel was so dirty and dusty , we couldn’t even shower it was so Nasty and Filthy !
Unhappy with hotel stay. Spent one night, only had one washcloth for 2 people, towels clean but had many stains, they did not have continental breakfast as advertised, room door had large gap at floor level. Other hotels in the area are priced lower for same quality.
The sheets had stain on them. The bathtub did not drain efficiently it was backed up
Rushed out. Check out isn’t till 12pm, host knocked on the door with a attititude, said a few words to the house keeper, she didn’t know I was looking out the peep hole. Horrible service, felt uncomfortable after that. Paying a $100 just for one night to wake up being treated like that.
Sheets didn't even look changed. Bathroom dirty. Hated it. For the price, I was shocked. Breakfast ....whatever. Best western has them beat hands down.
Cleanliness has to improvise no breakfast was available mostly only cofee
No amenities in the room! No ice bucket, cups or anything! No breakfast was available and hours before there were packaged granola bars. Outdated room
Poor conditions....not a pleasant stay I wouldn’t stay here but again. The condition of the hotel is poor and unclean. The front desk clerks were very friendly. But I had to change rooms because my first room had an awful smell and the noise was awful on the first floor. You can hear everytime each exterior door shuts and every conversations in the hallway near the lobby. Moved to the second room and had to go ask for pillow cases.
