Unimpressed but did the bare minimum Was visiting family and just needed a place to lay our heads at night. Very rare to find any staff at the front desk and even when using the courtesy phone to get someone’s attention, still waited 15 to 20 additional minutes to have someone come to the desk. Was ok but would not go back Hotel was not nearly as nice as it was in the photos everything is very dated and damaged but functional and it all had a very odd smell

Overall, the property was good, as it usually is. But we woke up after our first night covered in bug bites. Did not see the cause, but, being busy, had to deal with it. Told the staff on checkout. Normally we stay there on all our trips, but will find another location for future stays.

Room had musty smell. Cabinets were greasy and falling apart. Shower nozzle on backwards hot was really the cold and vis versa. Breakfast was packaged muffins and oatmeal. Coffee was decent. Wouldn't stay again for sure.

The room and carpet smelled like dog urine. The advertised FREE breakfast was only packaged muffins and coffee - nothing else. No juice, no other food...nothing.
