Mediocre at best Maybe we just aren’t used to staying at an extended stay hotel, but there wasn’t a coffee maker in w room. No shower curtain. Had to go down and ask for one because no one would answer the phone. Was told that their cordless was non functioning. The bathroom had dark body hair all over. The one good thing that I have to say is that the staff was outstanding. They went out of their way to help us.

This property was very clean, and smelled great. My stay was great. My ONLY problem I had was after coming in at 2am and my card did not work to my door, and there was not a soul to help assist me. I called a officer to help, and he did the best he can. After deciding not to just sleep in my car, I decided to go to another hotel to stay because I was locked out of my paid hotel room. It was a very horrible inconvenience. Because of this, I will never return.

The tragedy here is that I never booked a room nor checked into one yet I was charged for one. Great customer service. Award winning *read sarcasm*

There were no amenities, like continental breakfast that was worthwhile. One of our rooms was terribly dirty. There was no ice available, no drinking water in the rooms. There were only 2 little glasses in the rooms. We won't go there again, and certainly will not recommend it to others. Only good thing was that the staff was courteous and helpful.

A total dump Front desk person left to go get food with the phone ringing nonstop, and guests waiting to get checked in; unflushed toilet and toothpaste splatter on mirror in the second “clean” room they gave me after the first had unmade beds and trash on counters; a hole near the window caused rainwater to pour in, getting my bags wet, soaking all the towels I laid out, and had to set up the trash can to collect water.
