Front staff was very helpful but this was one of the dirtiest rooms I've ever stayed in. The floor was so bad it turned my socks black. Noise all night ;long made it difficult to sleep.

There were no housekeeping or maintenance services available. You could do better for less money. Horrible smell in floors and dirt bathrooms.

I drove 3 hours to get there, and they had no accommodations available for me at this establishment. Since they had my information, I should have been informed of this BEFORE my arrival by email. I missed the first night of activities planned for the purpose of my visit. I rate my stay at this place as 'Terrible'.

Not a place to take your family No ice machine. Breakfast was only coffee, breakfast bars and oatmeal. Tools were on the counter in the kitchenette. Towels had dark stains on them.

front desk staff (gina) was incredibly rude to not only our family but to multiple other guests during our stay. Property was in shambles, dirty and our room reeked of curry. We booked to queen beds and were given to full beds and when we asked to switch we were told there were no available rooms and we were stuck with what we had. every night the smell of marijauna filled the hallways and our room.

We were here over the weekend with our kids just for a little getaway to the zoo. We were getting ready to leave and found out someone broke into our car!!! Now we have to replace our window and all they took was $5!!! They say they have camera but they really don't. We don't plan on staying here every again and hope you guys decide to stay somewhere else!!!
