We walked in around 3:30pm and there wasn't anyone at the front desk to check us in. We waited about 10 minutes until someone walking by saw us and another customer standing there and came over. Check in was fine after that. The walk to the room was uneventful, although it smelled musty. Once we got to the room and opened it, we were greeted by a horrible smell of cigarette smoke and it was very must. No silverware no pots and pants no cops no bowls no trashcan no coffee maker. What’s the purpose of having a full kitchen if you have no amenities

Spent one night here. Most likely won’t be going back. My room was clean for the most part. My door would not lock. Could easily be pushed open.

Disappointed It is a "tired" hotel in need of remodeling. Spartan would be overly kind for the type of ambiance. All the cupboards were bare. We read a review in which the hotel had previously responded that you had to ask the front desk for any dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. However, we were not told that at any time. The bed was comfortable. My wife said it would have been OK if we were paying only $59 or $69 a night, but we were paying about $130 a night. Just no They water pipe busted so no one had hot water yet no one told us about the hot water being out. Just horrible communication

The entire hotel reeked. No idea what the smell was other than a combination of smoke and who knows what else.

Nightmare The place is a dump. There is a kitchenette but you can't use it due to the absence of pot, pans, silverware, glasses, cups, coffee maker. Carpets a filthy. The grounds look neglected. We had an early flight and had to go to a gas station at 4:30 am to get coffee. By extended say they must mean on night seems like an eternity,,,, Avoid this place like the plague
