Sad service Totally in happy they moved my hotel further out from my planned events without notice not happy and offered no convenience at all will not be staying here again place was ok otherwise

Lack of room even with confirmation. Had to sleep on floor.

I couldn't check in at 3:30 am because I was late for a flight delay, nobody answered the phone neither the late check in number. I had to go to other hotel at that hour to get a room.

My friend and I checked into the hotel late at night, after being extremely tired from traveling all day, only to find head boards off the walls and laying on our beds. It took both of us to lift each headboard off the bed before checking to see if any screws or nails were left on our mattresses as well. Close to destination & price thru 3rd party OK-- but NO ICE-NO HOT BREAKFAST-1 ELEVATOR WORKING-BROKEN LIGHT SWITCH COVER IN BATH. Will use Comfort Inn next door, if return to this area.

This is the worst place that I have ever stayed at. They over booked the room. So I went from a double queen bed to a single queen bed for 4 people. The room you didn’t need a key to open the door all you had to do was push on the door and it opened. They said they knew about that. I bought a water out of the vending machine and that was hot. They say they have breakfast THAT’S A LIE. They had prepackaged muffins and coffee that’s it. This place is worst then the worst motels.
