Trash can was smelly and dirty. When I asked for new one I got the same one with plastic bag on top. Disgusting and disappointing. Unsatisfied with cleanliness of my room. Sheets and cover had odd smell too and had to ask for clean ones too. No issue with the new ones. Other miner unconvinient things during my stay were stopping the water for a day and a week later the gas was stoped for day so there was no hot water to shower.

They take pictures of your id and no hot water. Everything else is ok

Sold out hotel and dirty room My room was not clean upon check in. The beds were not made and towels were dirty. Took a few hours but management cleaned the room and gave free stays for future trips.

Over priced and they don't have breakfast. Just a coffee pot and muffins. The room was well used, to say the least.

I liked that I had a queen sized bed and refrigerator. I did not like that there was no remote in the room. I called the front desk and a woman quickly brought up a remote. She used the remote to turn on the TV, but, it had no signal, so did not work. She said to call the desk if I have any OTHER problems. I guess not having a working TV is not a problem for her. Please be informed your guest in advance Incase of change in the reservation. Changing the reservation made well advance last minute and route to another location and informing the same to your guest on arrival at midnight is something not acceptable. Terrible experience.
