Don’t trust this place with your credit card. I was charged 250 dollars for smoking in the room. I can’t get in touch with corporate. We had to do all of the work. Getting towels and toilet paper. They do t clean rooms or empty the trash. I stayed four days this stay. Bad business
There was trash in the trash cans when we walked into the room. The bed sheets had a red stain on it. And we had to switch rooms becuase the tv didnt work.
Disappointed Went to checkin and they have no water. I was told I would get a refund since I had to book elsewhere. Never recieved refund.
The bathroom was dirty the toilet was disgusting. The front desk associate came to clean the bathroom for me very quickly.
There was constant door slamming just outside my room. That slamming made my door rattle on its latches. One night there was a constant chip of a dying battery in a smoke detector. ALL NIGHT!
