Check in was at 3PM, however we were told that a room wasn’t available until 5PM. Came back at 5PM to be told there still wasnt a room available, only after 4 hrs of waiting did we get a room at 7PM. Not to mention we found roaches. 10/10 do not recommend.

There were cockroaches in the sheets and all over the room. The floors were oily and the light switch in the bathroom didn’t work at all but there was no one at the front desk at night to even be able to get any type of assistance.

The place smelled terrible, was not cleaned well at all. There were roaches in the room. Very run down.

When I got to the hotel all the rooms were sold out and the hotel still took money out of my account stating that I was a no show. I chose the ay at the hotel option.

They lost my booking. It showed as “cancelled” in their system. No warning. No email. Nothing. They said they couldn’t help me and there’s was nothing they could do.
