DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I am literally still trying to contact someone about my stay that was in MAY and no one is getting back to me. Then when you call their customer service line you sit on hold for over an hour. DO NOT DO IT. gross and disgusting rooms and no customer service in any way shape or form.

AVOID if you can This place leave A LOT to be desired. The place is quite dirty! We went out and purchased a mop 20min after arriving, mopped room and water was black it was so dirty. It took two buckets to complete because it was so dirty. Corner of the room smelled like urine. Someone spilled something on floor in front of elevator, it was there for almost 3 days before being cleaned. Avoid if you can. Assumed they would have pots pans dinnerware etc. you have to purchase those. No staff on site after hours and apparently this is the place for drug deals. Smelled of marijuana and cat pee.

No soap at all. Hallways and elevator smelled like pee.

Zero amenities. A kitchenette with nothing in it. No coffee maker. Loud people running in the halls at 2:00 AM. Easy parking. Mike at the desk was friendly and helpful. Good location for our purposes.

Not a hotel, low income housing- dirty and stinky I checked into my room for my 10 day stay while i sell my house and turned around and left. The room was not clean and it stunk. The bed was made but the floors and surfaces were not cleaned at all. I was there 15 mins and the hotel still has not responded to any of my phone calls to issue me my 800 refund. It's been 3 weeks.

The place is ok, looks updated, I love the Color scheme comfortable bed. However, this is not a hotel, it’s more of studios for rent. If you want any of the amenities that normally come with hotel you must pay for them. Soap, toilet paper, pots, plates, cups and cleaned linens. Even for housekeeping. There is no around the clock front desk, if you must call someone after the end of day, there will be a charge. Beware the room doors tend to “clich” and so will your key cards.
