Never again to this property Okay we tried to use our check in early refuse us. Okay the manager David and janitor went to lunch or off property didn’t care if our room got ready by 3. I believe they was short staffed the good thing the front desk lady Jeanie left desk while mgr. David was training another staff member not sure what her name was because no Gabe badge at all . Jeanie went and clean our room so my mother and I could have a room .

The rooms smell like mold as well as the hallways

The room wasn't as expected. The bathroom was actually leaking into the room below us.

At first the staff didn’t know how to check us in. Then the room was filthy. Crumbs, condiment packets, stains on bed, etc. We instantly decided to leave and was told to come back at 3am for a refund, which made now sense. The room didn’t look like the pictures posted. There were people drugged out working there and roaming the halls and several homeless people sleeping around the entrance and in the parking lot. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE.
