I am really disappointed in the service Staffs are not so friendly There is almost no WiFi in the room too slow. It is same that no wifi. I asked to change room and said not possible. Staff at the hotel gave me the number that I need to call to the wifi company instead of hotel staff. I am thinking that am I staff in this hotel??? If you are booking check the room location

We didn’t even stay the night. Sketchy people loitering around the front entrance & in the lobby. Screaming children in room next to ours. This looked more like a low rent weekly motel than an Extended Stay.

Very dirty/unclean and filthy upon arrival. Floors were black from dirt and grime that had been there for months. Roaches infested everywhere. Air conditioning didn’t cool and the entire place smelled liked cigarettes and weed. The light fixtures had dust and dirt (along with pet hair) that had not been wiped in years.
