Charge this charge that The frond desk clerk who checked us in was rude. Everytime the staff opens their mouth we’ll be charge this we’ll be charged that. Front desk called me to take my trash to The dumpster if I left it outside I’ll be fined. I was not informed that. In most hotels they tell us to leave trash before room service starts so housekeeping can pick it up.

From the lobby to the hallway stink of weed and cigarette, i got stong by some kind of bug on my head on my 1st night while sleeping, I woke up with a swollen head and pain. I have stayed in nicer Extended Stay but not this one.

Only if you can't find another place Place needs cleaning, stove is old, furniture is old, not a pleasant smell. It's sad because I've stayed at esa before, it was much better.
