Very dirty/unclean and filthy upon arrival. Floors were black from dirt and grime that had been there for months. Roaches infested everywhere. Air conditioning didn’t cool and the entire place smelled liked cigarettes and weed. The light fixtures had dust and dirt (along with pet hair) that had not been wiped in years. Pubic hair all over in the tub. Vagrants hanging around outside (feared for my safety). Manager entered my room without permission and traumatized my animals. Stayed 1 week house keeping never came to clean my room smh

Charge this charge that The frond desk clerk who checked us in was rude. Everytime the staff opens their mouth we’ll be charge this we’ll be charged that. Front desk called me to take my trash to The dumpster if I left it outside I’ll be fined. I was not informed that. In most hotels they tell us to leave trash before room service starts so housekeeping can pick it up.
