Hotel stay The room had a kitchen with nothing in it. No silverware, pans, glasses and dish soap. Why have it???

Quality of stay The overall stay was nice. customer service always excellent but the rooms need attention. Only one burner on the stove worked. Carpets need cleaning, room smelled a bit moldy.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The wireless Internet was very slow and there was an extra fee for high-speed access. The air conditioner was loud and would not cool the room below about 76 when the temperatures outside exceeded 100.
