I booked a room called to let them know I was checking in late when I got there at 1:30am there was no room available although I made a reservation and now have to wait until Monday to get my money back and had to find another place to rest my head at 2am thank god for Hyatt answering their phone because the other Ext Stay didn’t answer their phone either. Lesson - never trust them to hold your room even with a reservation.

Place is trash! Do not stay here Most disgusting hotel I have been too. If you like the smell of rotten crab meat and want bed bugs this is the place for you.

The room was bad. The bed was leaning to the side and had a big dent in the middle, the bathroom tub would keep running after you turn it off, towel racks and doorknobs were missing, you could hear your neighbors and the people upstairs walking, also kids was playing in the parking lot and hitting people cars. Would not stay again.
