the dryers didn’t work but no sign was out up to let you know this so after washing clothes i had to hang them up in a room that i shared with a lizard. i have photos. Friday 10-21-22 i had to wait an additional hour and a half for a room because none were ready. The lady at the front desk was rude and unconcerned that i had to wait. there were roaches in the cabinets. just awful i won’t stay there again

I booked the premium suite which is 2 Queen Beds and roll out sofa bed. But when I arrived there at late at night. The reception desk her name Bonita told me that they don't have the premium suite for me and give me an normal room with only one queen bed and a sofa roll out. I asked her why she frankly with has attitude told me take it or leave. Never get kind of the customer service that way. Feel very bad, but I have 90 years old lady with me so have no choice to take the room for her to rest

A lotnof things weren’t mentioned on the booking site that definitely would have prevented me from booking. The living room tv didn’t even work which was an inconvenience for my childrens entertainment which is the LEAST to say. I could’ve gotten some type of refund which nothing was even done to make it right.
