Upon checking in the staff was rude. The staff who had checked me out was very nice. For the price, I can’t say it was the worst, but the area reeked of weed and mold. Air conditioner was barely working, no sheets for the double sofa bed. I bring my own toiletries but there were barely any available. One night there was a woman screaming profanity at her children at 11pm and caused a scene, while staff just stared. Parking was scarce and the location was not the greatest. This property cancelled onnus at 2:58pm on our check in day (check in time 3pm). They overbooked and it was a nightmare trying to find another place to stay with a family of 6 last minute

DO NOT STAY HERE They cancelled my reservation without notice because we didn’t get there between the hours of 3-6 for check in. The room was entirely too small for my 6 person family and they made me pay full price for a smaller room I didn’t even want. After driving for 11 hours they told me they didn’t have my room and put me in a 1 bedroom room with a crap pull out couch and 3 pillows. They wouldn’t give me anymore pillows when I asked so the whole stay we were only allowed to use 3 pillows. 2 days before we checked out ... read more

When i got the room, there was already a drawer handle that was broken.
