This was probably the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. I had to check out early because I was mortified and was not able to get refunded. Walking into the hotel, the staff was dressed as if they rolled out of bed. The hallways, carpets and walls were very dirty and sticky I was scared to touch anything. The girl at the front desk told us if we needed to wash our towels or sheets, we would need to bring them down to the lobby then wait for them to get washed to reuse them. Worst ESA I have stayed in. No garbage can in room. When I asked was told I should travel with my own. The general manager was nice and accommodating. House keeper Zi was very sweet and helpful. Night girl very nice. Was told by day staff if I did not bring my Lennon's down between 6 am and 9 am I could not get mine washed. Not true. Told they didn't have silver ware. Not true. I will be calling corporate in am for a complete refund. No pool no hot breakfast horror stay.
This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Do not book here. When we drive up at night, there were people just hanging around on bikes. Then when we got to the room, the door was already opened with the deadbolt stuck out. It was broken and they had no maintenance staff to fix it. There were no sheets on any beds and huge urine stains on the mattresses. There was also dirt on the floor and the air conditioner was leaking, so there was water on the floor. Bad experience with extende stay norcross Got there and front desk says no 2 bedrooms that we confirmed. Says tried to contact you and no phone number. Which is BS. I had to go to another hotel. Even after telling me no rooms still on the online site as available. Even though did not stay there still charged for the room.
