They shouldn't advertise that they will give you dishes because they didn't have anything for me and the couch in the room was horrible the whole idea of me reading next week so I could cook not have to buy food out

Dirty, terrible customer service, smell like a fish, we do the check in at 10:54pm and we have to go to walgreens to buy stuff for cleaning. Wen take a shower and turn on the a/c stuff coming from the vents. Roaches came from the bed so my family and me left the hotel and we have to drive 2 hours to found another hotel they charge us 2 nights and they don’t want to give us the money back we paid $700 dollars in another hotel plus the 2 night they charge us. Im going to call health department

There is no breakfast for starters. Security was horrible. The exterior door kept being propped open because the card reader didn’t work. The place is falling apart. Smells funny and the noise all night was unbearable. Staff was rude. Need I say more? Never again.
