BAD AC I stay here every time I am traveling through to see my daughter at college in WV, this is our halfway spot. This was the first time I have ever had a bad experience . The AC did not work and it rattled all night trying to work. When I called the front desk, no answer and I tried several times before I fell asleep. We tried everything to make it work and we did have a little air even though we woke up sweating. Property was very outdated. The computer printer did not work. Breakfast was awful. Bathtub was very old. Towels were old and had mold marks. Bottom line awful property.

Disgusting!!!! Front desk clerk stayed on personal call while I waited 10 minutes for her to ackowledge me. Reserved two rooms. Open the door on one and someone was already there. Reserved two non smoking but both rooms recked of cigarette smoke. Found hairs in bed sheets. Towels were damp. So glad to get out of that place. Sorry I wasted $164.

Recently visited Bristol with our daughter. We stayed at this property 2 nights. Upon arrival the placed was busy as it was race weekend. We found our room to be in fair condition bathroom was gross, faucet in bath would not shut off all the way and water would not drain very well. Day 2 we left early in the morning to our activities and had a great day. Upon returning we found that our door was open and not shut, we thought this was weird. Dont bother Hotel was run down and nasty. Room stank of marijuana. Got in and the advised room was overbooked and I had to argue to get a room. After I paid for it on Hotels.com

The shower and tub had major maintenance issues. There were not enough un used outlets for charging my phone.
