Will not return The curtains had holes and did not close all the way leaving a gap. The tub dripped all night and the heater whined. I booked a smoking room was given a non smoking room, front desk could only reply with "uhhh" and silence.

I didn't particularly like anything. It was a little run down. Our room smelled like pee and was dirty. Both the bathtub and sink were clogged. The walls were filthy and the grout and tile in the bathroom was very dirty. The mini refrigerator made a constant ticking sound and the microwave looked like they found it in a dump. The window was also leaking, there was sitting water all around the carpet by the window.

Disappointed It was needed shelter from the cold and a place to stay but we will not go back. It was one of the worst stays we have had in awhile. The beds were tiny. Not enough room for a family of 4 to comfortably stay. The microwave & fridge in bathroom was just gross, why would you put those in the bathroom ever! The elevator didn’t work on our 2nd day. And neither did our room key and we had to run to the front desk to fix the keys which was a pain since the elevator didn’t work & kids had to use the bathroom. Breakfast... read more

Electronic locks did not work for first 3 rooms assigned; 4th room lock worked but room dirty and bathtub faucet leaked constantly. The General Manager was very good in trying to correct the issues and refunded a portion of the overnight rate. This property has gone downhill and I would not recommend staying at this property.

Smelly and dirty The room spelled awful, the tub was dirty and clogged, and the shower handle was coming off.

I stay todays in the hotel. No one came to clean, or give us towels. I had to go to the front desk and ask for more. The bathroom tub was dirty since we were there for two today. I was happy with the choice i had by choosing this particular hotel. But everything change when no one came and clean.

Doubling up onrooms I want a refund. The hotel service was horrible. We were given a “key”, went to the room and someone was in it. went back and all I was told was, “oh, sorry, lady before me did update the computer “. I’m surprised I didn’t get shot going into a room at 11:50PM, room 229 and to top it,,, she tried to put in the room next door to the room that they had us go into. I said we can’t stay here and please refund us, to which the classy lady said “no, we can’t “ after she endangered my and my sons life.

Pool closed early, rooms were dirty, and besides being cheap. That was the only good.
