Family visit Initial room had toliet not working and second room smelled like smoke but staff handled it. Room felt small and spartan but clean

A big improvement I love that the place had NO awful fake smell in the hallways! Staff was accommodating and polite. The room was perfect and I was very comfortable BUT there is NO REAL BREAKFAST(a challenge with a 5 year old). I was very concerned that the pool was kind of open(cold water) while the hot tub was not working (seems like they might be all connected????) Tons of potential here but not quite up to snuff yet(recently renovated,,stayed here before and it was awful...soooo much better in many ways now). May try aga... read more

Great place to stay. Kitchenette with fridge - kitchen utensils available on request. Very quiet nice pool. Very convenient location.

it was hard to communicate with the hotel staff. We also had a garbage bag covering our smoke detector when we got there so we changed rooms. Hotel staff said it was normal to have a garbage bag around the smoke detector, obviously it’s not.
