I’ve stayed st several Extended Stays in SC and in TX. This one was disappointing. There is no elevator. My health is not optimal and I had plenty of Christmas luggage with me, so that was a challenge. That also means no luggage carts to and from your vehicle. One small thing, yet still surprising, there was no plug for the bathtub. I looked for a button to push or lever to move. I looked in the bathroom cabinet thinking maybe someone had moved it. I never found a way to plug the drain in the bathtub.

The exterior door were broken. Safety concerns. Bathroom was don’t clean. Someone was playing loud music during late night.
