1. Lukewarm water in shower 2. Had to take dirty linen to front desk to get clean linen. 3.Had to take out trash 4 Spent 1hr plus digging my car out with no help from maintenance 71years old husband 72 years old. 5. False advertisement about breakfast only coffee and tea and package muffins. 6 Refrigerator out dated and very loud day and night. Very disappointed with Expedia for listing this place.

The hotel was the worst ever. I1 I had to take out my own trash. 2. I had to take the linen downstairs and pick up clean ones at the front desk. 3. The shower water was lukewarm. My husband and I spent over 1 hr. shoving our car out. ( I stopped because I got sharp pains in my head. the rooms are in bad shape, it saus breakfast included, they just put coffee and some old satiled muffins by the entrance, the reception at check in was not welcoming at all.

I have never been told by a hotel to call the hotel next door to get airport shuttle till this stay. This was after i specifically asked the hotel what do i need to do to catch their shuttle the day before my visit

Advertised as having an airport shuttle. IT DOES NOT RUN ON THE WEEKEND. Had to take a cab each way. Breakfast is a joke. Little plastic wrapped muffins and Caffe with sweetened coffee mate. Room is standard.

Arrived at hotel and they advised that they had no rooms available, this was after my booking made weeks in advance. They didn’t provide any assistance on alternative arrangements, would never book this hotel again! Also, while in lobby there were two dogs running around loose!
