The hotel smelled of weed. Our room was freezing with hardly any blankets.

Expensive motel For the nightly rate the rooms and hotel amentities are far below substantiating that value. All around dated property. 3rd floor is smoking and it infiltrates every part of the hotel. Nothing in the room was clean or well kept except thankfully for the bed. Although mattress was very worn out and uncomfortable. The property as a whole is very dirty, staff were friendly but cant make up for the poor quality of the rooms. When entering our room we were hit with this overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, although we had a nonsmoking room. The room was outdated and had fruit flies around the microwave. When we went to the pool, I ended up skimming it because it was full of dead bugs and their was a man smoking in the pool even though it was a smoke free area. It wasn't the worst room that I have stayed in, but I wouldnt go back.

The outside if the property is nice. The inside is very outdated. The furniture was really old. The elevator floor as well as the doors to the rooms had masking tap on it. The bedding had stains on it. This did not have the feel of a hotel. It felt more like housing. I can’t understand how the rating on Orbitz was higher than a 8. I would rate this a 4 at best. Front desk worker was very rude (Ali). We were supposed to show up on a Wednesday and called at 6:00p.m to let the know we wouldn’t be there until 4:00 a.m. and unfortunately we had a family emergency. Called back at 9:00 and said we would be there around 4:00 p.m on Thursday. When we showed up they said we didn’t have a reservation. I knew I had to pay the cancellation fee for Wednesday night. They wanted to charge us another $700 dollars after they took the first $700. She kept saying the third party took the money. I trie... read more
