The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Get better customer service….. This hotel was thee worst of the worst. The man that works during the day is thee best! He deserves a raise. The lady with glasses and her hair in a bun was the worst customer service worker ever!!! Tried to fight me in front of my kids. And the lady that works the over night shift was on meth.

Terrible. Better front desk “Amanda” that’s what she said her name was was the most rude person I have ever met. We went down to the front desk multiple times while she was working and she was no where to be found. With a LONG LINE at the front desk. She needs to be fired immediately. She is the older lady with glasses and a pony tail. The you man working during the day, the African amazing woman and the manger were great!!!

Bad I got a call from the motel the morning of my reservation telling me that the room I requested was "overbooked." I was told that for an extra fee I could book another room. This is a classic "BAIT AND SWITCH" ploy. I found out that this happens with some motels when a third party booking is used and the motel tries to get more money from the customer. I was told by their employee that either I pay up or they would cancel my booking. I refused to pay! I would caution Booking.com to be more careful of who you do business w... read more

Not worth the money, wish we could have gotten a refund Didn’t like much at all, pictures of outside door, fridge in hallway and mattress at bottom of stairs The room was nice and clean, the property was not so much, outside doors do not such so they can’t lock and be secure, property run down, pool has been filled in and you can’t even use the patio area. Clean please. Floors, and tables were not wiped off. Floor was dirty multiple spots/spills on floor. Tables had cup rings and dusty. Couch was dirty with spots. Roll chair was covered in crumbs/dirt. Staff was nice. Location convenient.
