Very Poor Cupboards were torn off the walls and placed into the closet cramping space in both areas. The hvac unit sounded like a jet engine landing when it truned on. The bathroom wall was streaked with grime and slime. There were 2 pillows, both were flat and lumpy and it was extremely uncomfortable 2 nights sleep. 2 lights in the bathroom vanity were burned out. Bad The rooms were terrible. Bugs everywhere. Trash in the hallways sitting there half the time. I didn't even get clean sheets or pillow cases and there was food left in the cabinets from the people before me It was in a convenient location

Would never stay there again. Dirty, several lights did not work, no ice machine, advertised "breakfast" was coffee. Smoke detector kept going off. Covenient location

Made do for one night. There were no bath towels in the room and I had to wait a couple hours to get some from the laundry. Floors were sticky, Hallways were dirty. Exterior doors did not latch reliably and were always open. Missing bathroom door. Dirty microwave. no dishes in the unit. Leftover food in the fridge from previous guests. Dishwasher fell out of the cabin. Walls, trim and doors in poor shape. The number of beds was comfortable. The location was good for my needs. We were able to make a dinner.

Dirty no amenities very sketchy area and clientele. Everything it was dirty noisy no food or drinks in the lobby no coffee or breakfast in the morning. Room had no coffee machine no cups or kitchen utensils. We found people drinking in hallway and stairwell. Empty beer bottles on stairs. There was no breakfast even though it was promised

Fair Behind a toilet was not clean showroom door was not clean and stove What breakfast time I get up is gone around 9:00 and it's gone

Over all I wish I could get my money back and until they get it figured out I’ll never stay there ag We didn’t get any towels or rags for the four days we stayed. We went to the office multiple times a day to ask and half the time no staff was available the other half they told us that they don’t understand why they don’t have any available and one instance the lady behind the counter said that she was an old employee there and didn’t work there but was helping out and they don’t have any management.

NEVER stay there. Felt completely unsafe. No lighting in parking lot, looked like a transient place with drinkers and partiers outdoors. We ended up not even checking in. Tried all day to cancel the reservation, but their phones were not workin. Booking. com was worthless in helping us. No lighting outside to identify place, and GPS actually took us to another location next door. Lots of noise and apparently drinking in the parking lot. Booking.com was notified that we would not stay there, and we still got charged.
