Stay under a highway bridge probably cleaner The fact that the front desk woman’s work shirt was filthy should have been a heads up….Lobby was filthy too strike two….Checked in anyway as I was exhausted from driving. Only after I signed for the room was I told the elevator was broken which was a huge inconvenience as I have a broken kneecap! They gave me a room when I checked in. Went to the room with my family and the door was open and the room was disgusting and dirty and the beds were all messy like someone prior checked out and they never cleaned the room. After going back to the receptionist I was told that they have no more rooms and that they were overbooked. I ended up spending the night in my car with my wife and 2 little kids.

Nothing; Property had no record of out confirmed reservation and was booked. Could not find me an alternative to stay. Had to fight Expedia for a refund. Took nine phone calls.

The sheets seemed worn and dirty. The toilet had poop stains all over the outside of the bowl. It was really gross. It looks like they did a very superficial cleaning of the room. Regretted this choice.
