There is absolutely nothing in the rooms - no coffee maker, cups, utensils. The room looked liked it had just barely been cleaned - stained pillow cases, left over gum or something stuck to the sink, stained tub. Breakfast is coffee, nature valley bars, and prepackaged muffins.
The party above never stopped and couldn't sleep. That makes the urine smelly room seem like small potatoes.
Naked bed, no shower curtain, no TP, no trash bags, no towels completely striped room with a nasty bed is what I walked into.
The room that I reserved was changed from a queen bed smoking to a full bed non smoking. The management just assumed that they would put me in a room next to the door to have me go out and smoke.
Do not stay there! It was the worst place I have ever stayed and I have stayed at many places. Smelled bad and was dirty. The lighting was awful. The toilet would not flush. Don't stay there. I wish I hadn't !
This is my so far 2nd booking with ESA. Never had complaints before from years ago. Just disappointed with defective shower valve. Bath tub faucet does not close when shower is on. Highlight of our first night was too much noise an
