The whole hotel smells and is outdated, needs to be renovated.

Disappointed Had to wait 15 minutes to check in,, no one at desk and phone in hallway kept ringing to reservation desk that couldn't help me. Dirty towels left on bathroom from previous guests, furniture was dusty and non carpeted floors were dirty. Crumbs on counter in kitchen area of room.

Fresh blood stains on carpet. Appeared to have not been clean

The reservation I had made and got confirmation when I get to the hotel he gave my room to a walk in so I didn’t get what I paid for because they didn’t have any other rooms. Then they assign me to a different room only to have another customer come walking in my room because the assigned two different parties with the same room. Terrible experience will never go back there again

The lady checking us in was very grumpy, huffing and puffing the whole time. The hallways smell like cigarette smoke. The room is nothing special and not the size bed I asked for. Definitely not worth $100.

Wide variability in room quality I've stayed at the Extended Stay previously and it was great. For whatever reason the room that I was put in this time looked like it was where all of the broken... everything went. The dressers and TV stand were visibly in horrible repair, TV stations barely came in.. and it looked like someone tore off the backsplash from the kitchen area. It's an older property that hasn't been updated in a long time, yet charges the same high rates as the brand-new competitors down the street (Fairfield Inn, and others). I was visiting on Graduation weekend and you expect to be price gouged but they shouldn't be able to get away with it, to this extent.
