Less than adequate We paid top dollar - over 3 times the usual rates because it was graduation weekend. The room smelled of latent smoke- must have been converted to a non-smoking room. There were no dishes or utensils. It was drab and outdated. Not what I expected.
States extended stay. Room was not stocked, not even w a coffee maker. No dishes, no utensils, nothing. I called to tell them we be checking in over night since we landed at 11:30pm. They assured it’s no problem and someone I’d on staff 24/7 at front desk. Waited an hour and a half. Could not get in to the property. Bell didn’t work, phone rang and no one answered. Non-smoking rooms are a joke. Spent my entire stay with a smoke induced headache.
Due to events occurring in the vicinity, the price was very high and the value very low.
The property was dirty, staff unresponsive. They didnt even have a luggage cart..
The hotel was kind enough to check me in late (way past midnight). But they had released my booked room (even though I had called ahead and said I will be arriving after midnight) to someone else and gave me a different room. They assured me it was no different than the the other one, but I could smell the smoke in the corridor and in the room.
La persona que nos atendió estaba muy mal y nos asignó una habitación ocupada y No pudimos entrar a la habitación y luego nadie estaba en la recepción del lobby para solucionar. Tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel.
Rooms are nothing like shown on their website, very misleading the place is a dump!
