No service not travel friendly. Drove over 500 miles transporting rvs. Needed a stay for night to deliver in morning. Arrived to hotel that is gated. Tons of people hanging outside. Couldn’t find parking to park truck and trailer. Went inside to talk with front desk. Waited 20 mins with ringing service bell. No response. Phone ringing off the hook. Bathroom sink and shower drain took over 3 minutes to drain. 2:30 in the morning guest were blasting their music and being loud in the hallway. Side door took forever to unlock.

I didn't like it and I don't recommend staying there, it's a port area and there's nothing nearby. The hotel is terrible, you need to pay to have internet and even paying is bad, there is no breakfast just a cup of coffee and a cereal bar. The shower in the room didn't stop dripping and the corridor of the rooms stank of food

Late night arrival and night staff was accommodating and friendly. Rear door was propped open with a rock because the card scanner was broken and that felt unsafe. Later the police arrived for a disturbance . I specifically called before I arriving to confirm a late checkout, and reconfirmed with night staff. Morning staff would not accommodate us.
