My brother and I were harassed last night at your Fife, WA property in a way I’ve never experienced in my entire life! This was by none other than the general manager. I’m demanding a full refund for my two nights, and will be asking for a full refund for the other two nights I paid for my brother, due to the fact that my brother wasn’t allowed to use his booking because he came in late that night.
