We were attending a 2 day festival a few miles away that got over close to the end of the checkin window. I called the day before and was told we could checkin early since the festival started before the checkin time did and to come in before (she even wrote a note for the next shift which they never received), when we arrived was told that was not possible & they had no idea what I was talking about but they will have a room for us ready when we return tonight. Front Desk Male Clerk was horrible to us asked us to leave the property claiming our rooms were not paid refused to see our paid receipt we ended up getting moved to a different location. Will never consider staying at Extended Stay properties ever again

Our employees were kicked out of this location due to them claiming that Expedia didn’t pay them when our employees showed them the receipts they failed to look at them we had to contact Expedia and they told Expedia that they needed the rooms so Expedia had to move them to another location

This hotel was not clean. The lobby and elevator had not been swept or mopped in a while. There was grime and loose dirt and dust. The room was cleaner, but it smelled horrible. It had an overly perfumed smell that was trying to cover other odors. The kitchen was very dated. We won’t be staying here again.

Not booking there again Lost my reservation so I had to book a second night somewhere else. Felt super dodgy outside and inside

Don’t stay here!!! We have stayed at other Extended Stays and they have been decent/ good. This one was horrendous. We just needed a last minute stay and thought an extended stay would be fine. I was mortified with the hotel. Hair all over the “clean” sheets. Stains everywhere. It was disgusting! I made sure to wipe down anything before we touched anything. We checked in at 1130pm and left as soon as we woke up. Smelt like smoke but that is nothing compared to how dirty this place was. We asked for new sheets and comforters ... read more

Hotel staff was rude. They charged my card twice for one night. Lots of shady characters walking around the hotel inside and out. And the room smelled terrible.
