The only employee at this hotel with great customer service skills is Angela. The rest of the other staff is extremely rude, especially the manager. Will add you onto the do not rent list and not even tell you why. he is extremely rude. If it’s after 11 o’clock, and you have not checked out, they will be pounding on your door. On numerous occasions when we’ve tried to check in, they come up with all different excuses to try and make your check in process hell

We got there in the evening and the gate was locked. We rang the bell, but no answer. Luckily, I had the phone number and was able to call and be let in. The room was OK. Clean enough. We just wanted to relax and watch TV, but there were no batteries in the remote. They couldn't find any at the front desk: maintanence wasn't around and even the remote in the break room didn't have any batteries. Why they didn't get one out of an empty room, I don't know. Unsafe location. Dealing with staff was difficult. Odd smells. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not good. My tub was dirty when I arrived.
