Not worth any amount of money Terrible. Staff was rude on check in. No garbage can in room other than the small trash can in bathroom. Bed very uncomfortable and the room smelled horribly like air conditioner antifreeze smell. WATCH OUT! WATCH OUT for the manager here. He had poor customer service and if you say anything he will kick you out or not give you a room. Hotels.com is no help in getting a refund either!!! We had a clogged toilet made us track down the plunger and unclog 2x. Second time I was fighting a terrible migraine so had stayed back from our business conference. So many issues , but the one that really upset me was; I stepped in dog poop when walking into the lobby and didn’t notice until I was walking into my room. While I was cleaning my shoes off the front desk lady started knocking on my door, DEMANDING ME TO COME CLEAN THE POOP THAT “I TRACKED IN” in the lobby. I explained that I simply didn’t realize I stepped in poop out side and I would be right there to clean up THEIR lobby for them and she threatened to kick me out if I didn’t come instantly! We asked for handicap and got a terrible place, plugs 6 didn’t work. Husband is wheelchair and he couldn’t get into bathroom. I use a walker and had to use sink to pull myself off the toilet. Neither could take a shower, bathtub had no grab bars. Free breakfast was weak coffee a dash wrapped muffin. Housekeeping told me they clean rooms every two weeks. No luggage cart, it was broken. They give you a paper in the beginning stating their no tolerance to noise control. We were woke up around 2:30 from our neighbors partying, or so it sounded like it. I managed my husband not so much. However the bed was not comfy and bathtub had hairs. I did try and go down to discywhy we didn't have hot water but they were occupied helping other guest, so said the sign. It was better than motel 6 but only by a step.

Did not like hair in tub and on shower curtains, etc. Room smelt like animal, urine, and cigarette smoke. Did not feel clean. However, manager was good.

Good safe parking with a gate closed over night. Hotel is bare bones, not super clean, but it works. A little loud and our AC was SUPER loud all night, but it worked for a quick stay.
