I booked this hotel to avoid sleeping on a realtives air mattress. The bed was so hard we should have just slept on the floor. The curtains were thin, and didnt block any of the flood light right outside the window. It was awful and we got no sleep at all.

Awful This was a very disappointing stay! The mattress on the pull out couch was stained with blood. Loud, terrible insulation. Do not stay here

This hotel had actual bed bugs, the room smelled like it was smoked in for 10 years and then sprayed with febreeze, carpets were stained it was plain out horrible. I could not believe that anyone reviewed this hotel well just got home and literally bleaching everything I had with me.

Smokey rooms, lumpy beds and poor service The hotel is outdated. Our room smelled horrible of smoke. We were told nothing they can do because the hotel was sold out. There is no breakfast as listed. Front staff not helpful. Will not stay here again or ever at this chain. Dead bugs in the window sill. The freeway noise is bad.. overall a bad stay
