Our family rented 2 rooms during a vacation. We arrived late after a stressful odyssey of driving and flying. We checked into our rooms looking forward to ditching our bags, getting a long awaited meal, and crashing. My Daughters room had no towels, a sticky bathroom floor, pee in the toilet and a used bar of soap. The hide a bed my Granddaughter was to sleep on had no sheets and a filthy bare mattress. NASTY HOTEL Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Did not bring us extra bed linen for the sofa bed for my kids and we had a 3:00am departure for a flight. The entire hotel stinks and the rooms were filthy dirty. We left and got a new hotel! Staff completely rude and disrespectful.

Stop selling this crap hotel An hour for shuttle pickup. We paid for a quad room, upon check in I was handed 2 sheets to make my own bed and told there are no blankets. Was not aware I needed to bring my own. Waited 3hrs for pillows, towels and extra sheets. Could not call front desk as phone had the handset removed. Table had a leg broken off door didnt fit frame so big hole up top. Wifi did not work and says contact front desk. She says call some tech no. Not as advertised! Booked a room here for December 18, based on the fact that their page on Orbitz states 24 hour shuttle. I had a 5 a.m. flight. I needed a 3 a.m. shuttle. After getting dropped off for my stay and during check in, I was told by the desk clerk at approximately 6 p.m. that their shuttle does not start till 4:25. Of course that was too late as that was the same time as boarding the flight. Very disappointing *sigh* Roaches. Wow. Phone did not work. Hallway smelled bad. Fridge rusty spots. It looked nice until I saw three roaches alive, one dead in the bathroom and bedroom. Front desk acted like it was normal. Then disappeared after I reported it...never came back. I had to call the headquarters to get my money back - they eventually directed me to hotels.com and gave me a refund quickly.
