良いのは空港から近いという所だけです チェックイン時、スタッフはスマホを操作しながら、私たちの顔を見ることもなく手続きし、間違った部屋のキーを渡された。 日本ではないのだから、違う部屋をキーでガチャガチャしていたら、中から出てきて突然銃で撃たれることもあるのでは?と非常に危険を感じた。 部屋にはつぎつぎにゴキブリがでてきて、清潔さも感じなかった。

Not happy. We got billed twice for the same night. Orbitz is not helping us fight this.

Bad experience, suggest avoid this location Room was to be a suite with a couch, complete kitchen utensils, etc. The check-in clerk verified all of the above, but when we got to the room ..... NOTHING was there, not one utensil, plate, pot, pan, glass .... nor even the couch to sit on. The entire place including hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke; fortunately, the room itself did not. Keep looking Was given a room that had not been cleaned (and was possibly still occupied, didn’t linger to find out) after a lengthy check in. Returned to front desk to get another room. Was handed a key with no number, no explanation, no apology, and then they walked away. I waited and then from behind a wall was asked if I needed something else. Just the number of the new room (and some semblance of service). Loud, sketchy vibe and area.

Dirty and unsafe Continuous issues with our key cards. Dirty sheets. Tv and stand had to be replaced. Broken table. Room switch left us with a missing smoke detector and bugs. People drinking in parking lot. Rocks propping open every entrance even after I removed them. Staff was friendly except one single encounter which was horrible. Treated rude and I was hung up on multiple times. Not a good experience.
