Not a good experience Unfriendly staff at check in - no trash can in the bathroom, no tissues or a single ammenity. Over priced for so little.

When we arrived to check in, the hotel staff could barely be bothered to check us in. Then when getting inside the room, it was very outdated and had an odd smell. The bathroom wasn't as clean as expected and sheets had to be switched out. Luckily this was a one night stay to get us to the airport the following morning. Would not recommend.

Very bad check-in front desk service. This hotel chain is off my list...forever.

Poooor! Checked in at night, I said to the guy in front desk “hello buddy!” Didn’t respond...The only thing that he said during my check in was “ID and CC, room xxx” place was old, carpet was old, I had to disconnect the refrigerator because it made sounds at night for about 10 mins every hour, sounded like an airplane taking off. Toiled ran the whole day. Bed and pillows were not comfortable sat all. Will look for a different place to stay my next time

the black hole hard to get to it old and dumpy

Cockroaches Turned on the light in the kitchen and about 6 cockroaches scampered away. There was also a sticky spot on the carpet that I can't explain. All in all the place looks like it has been neglected and needs some upgrades and general maintenance

Close to the airport Staff wasn't very efficient. Took over 35 minutes to check out because there were other guests ahead of us making complaints about their stay.
