Actually Left and got a Refund! My 11 year old and I were catching a 7:15am flight so I picked this hotel for its shuttle and name. Had stayed at an Extended Stay America before. We were sent to a dirty room. Bed was clearly used and towels on the floor. Sent to another room--I pulled up the bedsheets and saw a nail clipping and gray rock-like dirt in the mattress seams. ROACH MOTEL This place was the worst. First room given had no shower head and no phone cords connected to it. The room was dirty. They moved us to a another room, which had no smoke alarm, toilet was coming off floor if you leaned on it you would fall on your head. Kitchen dirty, tub filth,dresser drawer broken, no sheets or pillows for sofa bed, staff then brought us sheets but no pillows to be found. Hotel with no restaurants in walking distance. Disappointed . Not what I expected for Extended Stay. Leaves in pool, no use of computer for flight check in.

Terrible they chargeme for the room and them was no room available, a has to sleep in my car, i never again gone to use your services any more, because you only has interes in the money no for your customer.

Gross. The staff was not overly courteous or professional, but i was less concerned about that since I only needed a place to lay my head for night before catching an early flight and the price was competitive (but still not cheap). Upon entering the room I was met with a very unpleasant stench. The room appeared to be somewhat clean, until I looked at the fridge (see attached pics - they sat it all). Convenient location, but not overly nice Unfortunately, the room was not clean, smelled, the temperature controls were not working, the smoke detector was ripped out, and the vending machines were all out of order. While the staff was nice in person, they could improve their phone skills.

Roaches Upon arrival I waited at the check in desk for over 10 minutes before someone came out to give me a key. When I walked into my room a family of Roaches ran across the floor. Absolutely disgusting and unbelievable. I ask for another room and they gave it without an issue. I had to request a hair dryer(since the room didn’t have one) and tried 2 which neither of them worked. Awful, awful!!!! Will never stay here again or recommend to my worse enemy!
