Disgusting place! This place is filthy dirty. Old sheets with duct tape on the rugs... I had a5am trip could not get into the bed I was so disgusted. I stayed and worked on the semi clean table until 2am and left for the airport.

Small and no frills. The place was small, especially the lobby. There was only one person at the front desk and she was VERY busy. She was very nice went out of the way to get us a wine opener.

The first thing they did was double card my debit card, after I had paid Cheap Tickets.com for the room! They did not tell me that they made that mistake I found out from my bank!!! Next the room was so full of roaches crawling in the kitchen and living room it was completely infested. They laundry machines were not functional. They carts to carry luggage had flat tire’s. No WiFi just the start Great location. No WiFi so worthless for a business person. Could clearly hear people talking in the next room. Bed worn out. Expected the cockroaches, it is Florida after all.

Roaches. A lot. Bad roach problem stayed at 3 different places while in Clearwater/Tampa area. Only extended stay had bugs-roaches! Terrible night left at 3am

Maintenance is not their forte We arrived and were given the room directly across from the elevator. This wasn't going to work as we could hear the constant bell and opening and closing of doors. They graciously gave us another room which turned out to have not been cleaned. Finally, we were given a third room which seemed to be nice. We found out later that day that the shower had no hot water. The next morning we asked the clerk to have someone check it out.
