Dirty, old, bad and old mattress.. Horrible!!!

Room smells, dirty comforter and sheets, expected more from extended stay

Roaches, etc I have been using Extended Stay for about 5 years now. I have stayed at this location about 3 times now. This is by far my worst experience. As a guest I understand it is my responsibility to advise of any issues. My trip was very short and I spent little time in the room. Upon my checkout I advised the manager of my issues to which she responded "ok". No apology, no nothing. Where not to stay in Tampa Free breakfast a joke; unsavory clientele, reluctant service, tolerable minimal rooms. I will not go back. They do have shuttles to the cruise ships which was not communicated

Roach hotel The room I stayed in had roaches. I tried to talk to the front desk the day before I left to tell them about this and she was rude. I wasn’t trying to get my stay for free or money back I was trying to inform them of this. I would never stay here again a day in my life. It was horrible.

Close to TPA and clearly pet friendly The kind, helpful lady at the front desk was the only part of our stay that was pleasant. It's over $100 per night. For this money, I do expect rooms to not smell as though a dog or cat has lived there for a long time. The room was carpeted. The air conditioner wasn't working properly so the room was hot. Stay elsewhere I stayed at this hotel for three nights and not once was the room cleaned or the beds made up, no fresh towels and there are bugs crawling on the walls. The front desk staff are not friendly at all and don’t even greet you when you come in. I travel weekly for business and this is by far one of the worst hotels.
