Muy mal Horrible , la persona del front desk no queria ni abrir la puerta , tenia mi reservacion hecha y me dijo que no tenia cuarto , el lugar no me parecio seguro muchas personas caminando al rededor del hotel tomando y con mal aspecto , el hotel no parecia limpio en general

I've waited over 2 weeks and counting to get refunded for a room charge because of the lack of information given by the staff. My last phone experience was a very unprofessional lady who told me several different things when asked if the charge had been refunded on their end. She hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and was told that the manager was on break.

Hotel needs an update As soon as you walked in the lobby the smell of previous smoke just kind of hits you. The room wasn’t much better. It smelled very moldy and the carpet was dirty and needs to be changed. That hotel definitely needs a refresh.

Bad Room was filthy, old pizza from a past guest, stove top dirty and taken apart , sticky floor

Will never use Hotels.com again. We were denied a room. They had our reservation but no rooms. My father had passed away and we flew to Tampa, arriving around midnight. We didnt find a room until 3am, over an hour away. Super bowl, and other events caused almost all area hotels to be full. This is unforgivable. The lady at the desk has been dealing with stranded travelers due to hotels.com all day. We will never use hotels.com again.
